Cape Cod is the land of boardwalks cutting through dunes to endless beaches and the Cape Cod Cottage, a classic American architectural form. Drawing on these two images, the Kyle House is a group of four small cottages relating to each other along a 110' boardwalk. The Kyle house is in the tradition of casual, low-key, indoor/outdoor living that first attracted summer people to the Cape.
